Organic Titanates are used for various applications like : -

INSOCAT BTM Tera N- Butyl Titanate	It is widely used as a catalyst for reactions such as Esterification, Trans - Esterification and Olefin Polymerisation. It is recommended as a cross linking agent for wire enamels, surface coatings and printing inks. Intec Polymers - Poly Isocyanate

Poly Isocyanate is recommended for preparation of solderable wire enamels conforming to Thermal class 155 � C. This resin can also be used in combination with special polyester for making insulating varnishes for fiberglass sleeves and fiberglass covered cables.

Intec Polymers - Polyvinyl Formal
Polyvinyl Formal - is a chief ingredient in PVA based Wire Enamels, which have excellent resistance to transformer oil. These enamels provide outstanding toughness, flexibility and abrasion resistance. It also finds usage in adhesives and surface coatings in Combination with other resins. This material is available in four grades having different molecular weights and different viscosities to suit various end usages.

Insulating Varnish - We manufacture Air Drying and Baking type having range to temperature class 120�, 155� and 180�. In addition, we also offer a range of Solventless Varnishes to suit specific applications.

MONVAR FAST 40 C Fast drying Varnish Thermal Class 120X	This varnish is recommended for impregnation of coils, motors, transformers, etc. Its fast drying property makes it an ideal varnish for rewinders. MONVAR FAST 50 Fast Air drying Varnish Thermal Class 130X	This varnish is recommended for impregnation of coils, motors, transformers and other stationary windings. It is ideally suited for the impregnation of fan stators and field windings of FHP motors which need short curing time of 3 to 4 hours at 100° C. MONVAR G301 Flexible Sleeve Varnish Thermal Class 155X	The film formed by Monvar G301 on fiberglass has excellent mechanical and electrical properties with good resistance to humidity and hence it is used for varnishing fiberglass sleeves, cloth and tapes with Thermal Class 155. SLV 7X Solventless Trickle Varnish Thermal Class 155R	It has good bond strength at elevated temperature and hence it is ideal for grinders and heavy duty machine tools and high speed machines. Due to slightly higher viscosity it can be used for electrical motors of frame size from 130 to 200. Its has good hermetic resistance, hence can be used for hermetic applications. SLV 81 Solventless Varnish Thermal Class 155R	It has good bond strength at elevated temperature and hence it is ideal for grinders and heavy duty machine tools and high speed machine. It has good hermetic resistance, hence can be used for hermetic applications.
