The Downstream Additives Division offers a range of patented products and chemical programs that rectify process problems encountered in a petrochemical complex. These programs are aimed at treating processes in units such as the furnaces, primary fractionators, depropanisers, dilution steam generators, caustic towers, gasoline hydrogenation units etc.
Dorf Ketal is associated with large global customers and major players worldwide who have been able to successfully extend their plant run campaigns with Dorf Ketal treatment programs. In the last four years, Dorf Ketal has grown from treating a single ethylene cracker to over a dozen premier clients.
Clients who opt for Dorf Ketal chemical treatment programs have the added benefit of having well-trained field application engineers at their service. These engineers are well- versed in product application, conducting field trails, checking chemical dosage rates and in troubleshooting. Field engineers are trained to implement chemical management program on site and review chemical management methods, MSDS, track chemical usage and optimize chemical applications.
Engineers are trained to handle environmental, health and safety related issues of our chemical programs. Dorf Ketal deploys high performance analytical tools on customer sites to enable fine-tuning and optimization of chemical programs.
