We offer phosphate based internal treatment chemicals along with polymers for enhanced scaling and deposition control in industrial boilers. We also have phosphate/polymer blended with pH boosters for a complete boiler protection.
We provide pH boosters and neutralizing amines to prevent corrosion due to low pH in condensate systems.

Condensate Corrosion Protection :

We have blend of neutralizing amines for corrosion protection of condensate cooling water systems. Dorf Ketal neutralizing amines shall provide protection from CO2 based corrosion in a condensate system.

Corrosion Inhibitors:

These are multifunctional products mainly used for control of both corrosion and scaling in an Industrial cooling water system. They contain organo-phosphates, ortho-phosphates, polyphosphates, zinc molybdates combined with powerful dispersants depending upon the application.

Polymers:

We offer a wide range of polymers to control scaling and deposition in applications where cooling water is hard, with high TDS levels & high heat load. Dispersants help in dispersing suspended particles, minerals salts and organic materials. 

Non Oxidizing Biocides:

We have a broad spectrum of biocides to control microbial species like bacteria, fungi, and algae by different mechanisms. Our product range consists of various chemistries like Isothiazolene, Quaternary Ammonium compounds, TBTO, DBNPA and Carbamate-based biocides.

Thermal Desalination
We have developed a next generation antiscalant to maintain aid in thermal Desalination operations. Some of the product benefits are given below:

• Prevents formation of typical evaporator scale.
• Effectively controls carbonate as well as sulphate scale formation in a multistage thermal distillation process.
• NSF approved for use upto 10 ppm.
• Higher dispersing ability for mud, suspended matter and silt.
• Highly effective in sea water, brackish water and bad quality bore well water.
• Multifunctional and can disperse calcium salts and iron oxides more effectively at high temperatures as compared to standard products and hence will maintain cleaner heat transfer surfaces by better and more effective dispersion mechanism.

Fuel Additives
We have a range of products for use in fuels like HSD, LSHS, LDO, FO and coal which are used in firing. Products in fuel additives include dispersants, fuel stabilizers, combustion catalysts, deposits & corrosion inhibitors and cetane & lubricity improvers.
