Sanmar Speciality Chemicals Limited (SSCL) has divested its Intec business division to Dorf Ketal – a leading speciality chemicals company head quartered in Mumbai. Intec is one
of the world leaders in the business of Organic Titanates, Poly Vinyl Formal and Poly Isocyanates, and has its manufacturing unit in Dadra.
