January 8th, 2024, Mumbai: Dorf Ketal has acquired majority stake in Pune based Elixir Soltek Private Limited, in line with the objective of portfolio diversification and channel expansion of the aftermarket business. Elixir is a retailer of a wide range of auto care products under the Magsol brand. Elixir services the Indian market through various sales channels OEM, direct-to-consumer, independent workshops/ garages and through a network of distributors.

Magsol has successfully launched consumer products for the auto care industry, Dorf Ketal intends to expand Magsol’s portfolio and market penetration through R&D efforts and operations support. Elixir also presents Dorf Ketal with the opportunity to leverage its vast distribution channel to further build the Milex brand.

October 25, 2023 – Mumbai, India: Dorf Ketal Chemicals India Private Ltd and Synthesis Water Solutions form partnership to drive innovation in the future of global water treatment. Dorf Ketal Chemicals India Private Ltd (“Dorf Ketal”) and Synthesis Water Solutions (“Synthesis”) have agreed a long-term partnership initially focusing on APAC, GCC, North American, and South American regions.

January 6th, 2023, Mumbai, India: Dorf Ketal Chemicals, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Dorf Ketal FZE, has acquired Canada's Fluid Energy Group's global modified and synthetic acid business, including the Triton industrial business. The acquired businesses reported a turnover of over ₹485 crore (C$80 million) in the year 2022.
